BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – EBR schools are just a few days into the new school year and McKinley High School already shut down after an employee
tested positive for COVID-19.
Mckinley High School is expected to undergo a “deep cleaning,” according to a school spokesman.
“We’re in the process of sending out a notification to staff,” Taylor Gast, spokesperson for the school system, said Thursday morning.
Virtual-only instruction is still in place for Mckinley High School students until at least Labor Day.
