JACKSON, Miss. (BRPROUD)- Museum goers can enjoy free Sunday admissions and enrich their knowledge at the museum of Mississippi History and Mississippi Civil Rights—starting Jan. 9 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Face mask are required to enter the building and guest should keep social distancing during their visits.
The Museum of Mississippi History— offers families and communities a place to examine 15,000 years of state history. Explore interactive exhibits, view artifacts from the past, and hear the many stories of Mississippi’s history as you share some of your own.
The Mississippi Civil Rights Museum—currently presents eight galleries from the years 1945 to 1976 when Mississippi was ground zero for the national Civil Rights Movement.
