StormTracker Forecast…A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for all of the BRProud area through 10 A.M.. Be sure to add extra time to your commute and use your low beams.
Grab your umbrellas before heading out the door. Spotty showers will be possible, but most areas will not any rain. Otherwise, plan on mostly cloudy skies with highs in the mid-60s. If we see more peeks of sun this afternoon, some areas may warm into the upper 60s.
Mostly cloudy and foggy tonight once again with temperatures dipping into the upper 40s and lower 50s. Unfortunately, conditions will not be ideal to view the peak of the Geminid meteor shower. The moon is nearly full, so the illumination will hinder viewing, as well as the cloud cover. If you miss out, you may still be able to see some meteors Saturday evening.
Clouds will clear on Saturday and we will see mostly sunny skies this weekend with highs in the 60s and 70s. Showers and storms are likely on Monday as a strong cold front moves into the region. We will be monitoring for the potential for strong to severe storms. Once the front passes, temperatures will drop well-below average. A light freeze/frost is expected Wednesday night/Thursday morning – possibly even Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, as well. We will keep you posted!
