BAKER, La. (BRPROUD) – It has been a prosperous week for some individuals who decided to buy a ticket through the Louisiana Lottery in East Baton Rouge Parish.
First, a Powerball ticket won someone $50,000 after the drawing on Saturday, November 5.
Fast-forward five days and another store in the parish sold a ticket worth thousands of dollars.
A Saints Gameday scratch-off ticket worth $10,000 was sold at the Buffalo Food Mart at 4016 Groom Rd.
$10,000 is the top prize someone can win playing this game and two of the five prizes at this amount have been claimed as of Thursday, November 10.
The Saints Gameday scratch-off game started in late August and costs $2 to play.
