Healthcare Workers Granted Free Doggy Daycare

News

The Animal Clinic in Baton Rouge is sending out a message of appreciation for local Medical Workers and First Responders
in the surrounding area. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak that has hit the area, the clinic is offering free doggy daycare
of fun for their furry friends at no charge.

Patrick Ramsey of Camp Bow Wow Baton Rouge says during this pandemic, it’s important to keep your furry friends stimulated mentally, physically and socially.

Ramsey, a local dog trainer says its important to, while practicing social distancing, taking your dogs on walks, playing fetch with your dog and other physical exercise.

Also, to avoid separation anxiety when going back to work, it’s important to during this time, spend a bit of time away from your dog so that they don’t get too dependent when we head back to work.
