Human trafficking suspect in Louisiana out on $30,000 bond

NEW ORLEANS, La. (WDSU) —

The district attorney says he has a new plan to better prosecute human trafficking.

But this new plan comes after a human trafficking suspect bonds out of jail this week on a startlingly low bond.
