BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD)- To get in the spirit for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year, IDEA Innovation Academy and College Prep hosted a back-to-school parade this past weekend.
IDEA Innovation staff handed out workbooks, textbooks and a personal technology device during the parade.
The purpose of the parade was to get students excited for the school year and to distribute materials which will help engage students more when learning from home.
IDEA Innovation and IDEA Bridge is set to begin the school year virtually on Thursday, August 6.
