This past weekend Karnival Krewe de Louisiane celebrated its 33rd year with its annual mardi gras ball and donation to the Mary Bird Perkins – Our Lady of the Lake Cancer Center in Baton Rouge.
The Krewe donated a record-breaking $325,000 this year to fund cancer research, education and services. More than $3.5 Million has been raised over the past three decades.
