The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office confirms that 30-year-old Jonathan “Johnny” Jarreau is in custody.
The investigation into this case remains open.
LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. (LOCAL 33) (FOX 44) — Deputies are looking for a suspect in a stabbing that left a Denham Springs man with abdomen wounds Sunday afternoon.
The victim told Livingston Parish detectives that the suspect is Jonathan “Johnny” Jarreau, 30.
Deputies said the stabbing happened around 3:30 p.m. at the victim’s apartment complex on Highway 16. The suspect fled the scene.
The victim told deputies he has a protective order against Jarreau. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
