Today: Livingston Parish to start debris pickup

News

LIVINGSTON, La. (BRPROUD) – Starting on Monday, October 4, vegetative as well as construction and demolition debris will be picked up in Livingston Parish.

The parish is requiring everyone to separate their debris piles.

According to the Livingston Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, “If vegetative and C&D are combined in anyway it will not be picked up.”

If you have questions about which debris should go in each pile, check out the attached flyer.

LOHSEP says “the debris contractor will be making several passes on every Parish road, excluding those in the city limits of Denham Springs and State highways.”
