Louisiana woodcarver creates Tom Hanks, ‘Greyhound’ inspired piece of art

A Livonia-based artist has just released his latest piece of work; a woodcarving inspired by Tom Hanks’ newest film, ‘Greyhound’.

Henry Watson’s work has previously been featured on BRProud. Watson says the coronavirus pandemic has forced much of the world to slow down including Baton Rouge. Watson says the release of Tom Hanks’ newest film, ‘Greyhound’, which was filmed in part on board the USS KIDD, is helping spread good news about the Capital City and all Louisiana has to offer.
