Local Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream location burglarized

BAKER, La (WVLA-WGMB) – Baker Police say a man and woman are behind bars for allegedly burglarizing a Baskin Robbins store in Baker, Louisiana.

According to Baker Police, they responded to a call to a store location on Plank Road.

Police say a man broke a glass window to force his way into the business and allegedly stole from the store before taking off in a silver or white Buick Sedan.

According to Baker Police, 38-year-old Tiffanie Green and 51-year-old Brian Duncan matched the description of the suspects and were unable to give police an alibi.

The report goes on to say that Duncan admitted to breaking into the store for money to pay his car note.

The pair was book into the East Baton Rouge Parish prison.

Duncan’s charges include simple criminal damage to property, simple burglary of a business, principal to unauthorized entry into a business and simple criminal damage to property.
