BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting that happened Saturday morning.
Police said John Brown, 79, was found shot to death inside his home on the 12000 block of Leonidas Street around 10 a.m. on Sept. 9. Police said detectives do not have a motive or a suspect at this time.
Detectives are investigating the shooting and ask anyone with information to contact the Violent Crimes Unit at 225-389-4869 or submit a tip to Capital Area Crime Stoppers.
