ORIGINAL: An estimated 15-car pile up on the Old Bridge has turned deadly on Tuesday morning.
A 13-year-old girl has died in the crash and witnesses say that there are some tractor trailers on top of vehicles.
A witness says there was a train on the track and traffic on the bridge came to a stop.
Traffic congestion subsequently backed up on the Old Bridge at the time of the crash.
As drivers came over the hump they did not have enough time to break which caused the pile up.
