IBERVILLE PARISH, La. (BRPROUD) – After allegedly threatening witnesses who were part of a murder trial, three people were arrested and one is wanted by deputies.

According to the Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office, unauthorized videos of witnesses were put on social media during Tyler Jackson’s murder trial. Jackson was convicted for the murder of Thalian Cutno in 2018. The footage put the witnesses in potential danger. The videos have since been removed from the internet, officials said.

Lynette Falcon, 33, of Carville, Stephen Falcon, Jr., 27, of Baton Rouge and Marlayana Smith Jackson, 45, of St. Amant were each charged with three counts of intimidating a witness and three counts of obstruction of justice.

An arrest warrant is out for Trenton Carter, 33, of White Castle after he allegedly threatened a witness on social media. He faces charges of one count of intimidating a witness and one count of obstruction of justice.

The investigation is still ongoing and more arrests could be made, according to the sheriff’s office.
