Local Personal Trainer Tanesha Craig-Stewart is sharing 4 tips to keep your fitness goals on track in the new year. 

Stewart said if you follow these 4 tips you are more likely to stay on track with your new fitness goals.

  4. Celebrate Small Successes 

Stewart also is getting ready to release a new book later this month. Her book “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made” highlights 10 affirmations on body image. Stewart said the book is a journal style and an easy read, but is sure to keep you motivated. Her book will be released on January, 19.
