BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — After reports of dropped 911 calls over the weekend, the East Baton Rouge Parish Communications District says the issue has been resolved by AT&T.

The parish’s Communications District Director Jim Verlander said there have been no reported dropped calls since Tuesday, Sept. 13. However, AT&T continues to work to identify what caused the calls to drop.

Over the weekend, the center temporarily fixed the issue by transferring primary 911 lines to backup lines.
