Alleged local fentanyl and heroin distributor apprehended with the help of EBRSO K-9

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – 39-year-old Deltrick Parker is facing drug-related charges after a recent arrest at the suspect’s home.

The arrest stems from a weeks-long investigation into what authorities call “a fentanyl/heroin distributor operating in Baton Rouge, La.”

The investigation led to a request for a search warrant which was executed on April 4.

Parker was arrested and these items were seized:

  • 1.3 pounds of Fentanyl (approx. street value $35,000)
  • 3.2 ounces of Fentanyl/Heroin mix (approx. street value $6,400)
  • $16,240 (pending seizure/approx. total)

Deltrick Parker is facing these charges, according to the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison:

These organizations assisted with the investigation:

  • EBRSO K-9 (interdiction)
  • LSP Air Support
  • DEA Task Force Agents
  • ATF Tech Support

Parker was booked into the EBRSO Parish Prison on April 8.
