A Captain with the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office recently graduated from the FBI National Academy.
APSO said, “Captain Rosevelt Hampton recently graduated from the 275th National FBI Academy Program at Quantico, Virginia which included members of law enforcement agencies from 47 states, including the District of Columbia, 26 international countries, five military organizations, and five federal civilian organizations.“
The FBI program is ten weeks long and Hampton is one of 51,770 graduates from the National FBI Academy Program.
According to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, “the National Academy Program offers ten weeks of advanced communication, leadership, and fitness training for selected officers having proven records as professionals within their agencies.“
Hampton has been with the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office for 22 years and was made a Captain this month.
