ASCENSION PARISH, La. (BRPROUD) – A Gonzales man has been arrested on attempted second-degree murder charges after being accused of crashing into a woman’s home in Prairieville.

Ascension Parish deputies responded to a home on Muddy Creek Road around 5 a.m. on Sept. 11 and were told that Michael Blair, 46, had reportedly crashed his truck through her bedroom before fleeing on foot.
