GONZALES, La. (BRPROUD) — A Gonzales woman could be behind bars for 30 years after being indicted by a grand jury on child pornography charges.
According to court documents from the Middle District of Louisiana, Hannah Kinchen, 39, conspired to produce and distribute child pornography between July 2020 and October 2020. Kinchen pled not guilty to the charges, officials said.
If convicted, Kinchen would be behind bars for 30 years for conspiracy to produce child
pornography, production of child pornography, conspiracy to distribute child pornography and
distribution of child pornography.
The case is a part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
