BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – Firefighters in Baton Rouge will hold a blood drive on Sept. 11 at the Robert A. Bogan Baton Rouge Fire Museum to honor the 343 firefighters who died.

Donors will receive a free t-shirt. The blood drive will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Find more information here. The museum is located at 427 Laurel Street.

The Baton Rouge Fire Department will also hold a moment of silence at 7:46 a.m. on Sept. 11. 7:46 a.m. is when the first plane hit the World Trade Center.
