Baton Rouge fundraiser set to raise money for Sheriff Deputy Nick Tullier

BATON ROUGE, La. (LOCAL 33) (FOX 44) - Sheriff Deputy Nick Tullier was shot by a gunman on July 17, 2016. 

That ambush left three of his fellow policeman dead. 

Tullier has made progress in his rehabilitation in Houston,Texas but along with that is the challenge of increasing medical bills. 

Classic Hits 103.3 radio personality Scott Innes has organized a fundraiser to help with Deputy Tullier's medical bills. 

On Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 6 p.m. at the Baton Rouge Marriott Hotel Ballroom, a lineup of country music stars will perform to raise funds for Deputy Tullier.

Country superstars Billy Dean, Tanya Tucker, Andy Griggs, Collin Raye and Restless Hearts Larry Stewart will present an acoustic performance. 

Nick Tullier's friend and fellow West Baton Rouge Sheriff Deputy Clifton Brown will also perform along with Sheriff Bud Torres. 

There will be a live auction including signed sports, Hollywood and Rock & Roll memorabilia as well as hunting and fishing trips.

All money raised will go to Nick Tullier's recovery.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, December 1, 2017.

There are only 40 tables available and VIP tickets will be $250 each or a VIP table for 10 is $2,500. 

The cost includes dinner, drinks and the show.

For an additional $100.00, anyone can get a professional picture taken with all of the stars.
