A Baton Rouge man was arrested Wednesday after terrorizing a woman pregnant with his child on multiple occasions.

According to an affidavit, 21-year-old Tevin Scott fired five shots into the air at the parking lot of Ivy Park Apartments on 6444 Jones Creek Road after being involved in a verbal altercation with the mother of his unborn child.

We’re told Scott’s own mother and several other bystanders witnessed this intimidating discharging that occurred the day before Valentine’s Day.

As the expecting mother attempted to break up with Scott on March 16, he placed his hands around her neck and choked her.

On July 16, Scott threatened to shoot up Cheers nightclub on Florida Blvd. if his now ex-girlfriend did not come out.

Once deputies arrived on the scene, it was learned that Scott dragged her out of the club by her shirt.

Security intervened, secured the now mother of Scott’s child and ordered him to leave the premises but he refused.

Instead, he reiterated to security that he had a gun and would kill everyone in sight with his “chopper” (AR15 rifle).

Due to all of these threatening incidents, authorities arrested Scott on the following charges:

1 count of stalking, 1 count of terrorizing, 1 count of entry on or remaining in places after being forbidden and 1 count of battery of a dating partner.
