BATON ROUGE, La. (FOX 44) (NBC LOCAL 33) – The Baton Rouge teen accused of killing his father, back in June, has been indicted on a charge of second degree murder, according to East Baton Rouge District Attorney Hillar Moore.
We are told Anthony Templet was indicted by an EBR grand jury Wednesday, and now faces a charge of second degree murder.
Templet had previously been charged with manslaughter after his father passed away in a hospital.
