BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Baton Rouge Area Chamber wants the community’s input to accurately view the area’s economy and plan for the future.

According to a news release from BRAC, the 2023 economic outlook is a decision-making tool for the organization and business across the nine-parish region.

“BRAC’s annual economic forecast is a resource for businesses across the Capital Region as they plan for their year ahead,” said Adam Knapp, BRAC president and CEO. “Widespread participation is critical in creating the report. I encourage all to complete the survey, as the results will help everyone to better plan and prepare.”

The survey features seven questions that span revenue and employment forecasting and top hurdles related to business growth, according to BRAC.

The official 2024 Economic Outlook will be released on Dec. 6, and it will provide insights, analysis, and a forecast of the capital region’s economy for the upcoming year.
