BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – A hit-and-run crash led to the arrest of a Baton Rouge man.
Ricardo Campbell, 34, of Baton Rouge was driving one of the two vehicles involved in an accident around 5:45 p.m. on U.S. 61 and Arnold Lane on Wednesday, May 31.
