BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Get ready to sing, laugh and dance as the Recreation and Park Commission for East Baton Rouge Parish will put on “The Addams Family” for the whole family to enjoy.
There will be multiple performances that guests can attend at Independence Park Theatre & Cultural Center (IPT), 7800 Independence Blvd., Baton Rouge. One will be at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, and others will be at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, according to BREC.
“I am so excited to bring ‘The Addams Family’ to the stage of Independence Park Theatre!,” said Xen Indigo, IPT recreation manager. “Our phenomenal cast has been working hard on this show and are so very excited to release the Addams Family beast! *snap-snap* To celebrate the fun of the production and the end of spooky season, Independence Park Theatre is encouraging audience members to come dressed as their favorite Addams family character or inspired Addams creation!”
