BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Theatre Baton Rouge presents the iconic rock-musical “RENT” with performances beginning Nov. 10 as part of their City Series season opener.
For many in the 18-person cast, this is their Theatre Baton Rouge debut.
“This is basically an operetta, there’s not much spoken dialogue. It’s almost all music, and so it’s a lot to piece together moment-to-moment but the cast has been on board since day one,” said Clay Donaldson, director.
Tickets for the rated R musical start at $25 and are on sale now. Performances are scheduled for Nov. 10-19.
