BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — A person was detained after a shooting in the 1900 block of Augustus Street.
The shooting took place on Thursday morning and one person was taken to the hospital in stable condition, according to EMS. That person was shot in the arm, according to the Baton Rouge Police Department.
BRPD said the shooting was “domestic in nature.” No further details were shared.
