BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Southern University Ag Center is hosting its second scholarship wine tasting.
According to the university, the Vino on the Bluff wine tasting is a scholarship fundraiser for the students enrolled in the university’s College of Agriculture, Human and Environmental Sciences (CAHES).
The fundraiser is set to take place at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 13 at the Southern University Cultural and Heritage Center, G. Leon Netterville Drive.
General admission tickets for the wine tasting are starting at $75 and are available here. VIP tickets are also available and will include an “Artini” cocktail and an art exhibit tour of the Southern University Museum of Art.
Along with the wine tasting, a silent auction, farm-to-table inspired food, live entertainment, door prizes, and much more will be available.
