A community replacement blood drive will be held at two different locations for Aaryn Olivia Chase.

Aaryn, who is five years old and has a twin sister, is currently battling and undergoing treatment for Acute B-Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She has been at St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee since November of 2018.

Jackie Chase, Aaryn’s mother, has not been able to work since Aaryn was diagnosed. Right now, Aaryn’s family needs help with expenses.

The blood drive will be from 10:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 23rd.

It will take place at 10200 Sullivan Road, Central, Louisiana (Central Walmart) and 213 East Blalock Circle, Liberty, Mississippi (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints).

The Blood Center will donate $10 to the family for every unit of blood collected and $30 for plasma.

If you want to schedule an appointment, call Rona Culotta at (601) 657-4478 or Donna Phenald at (225) 936-6265. Walk-ins are also welcome.
