A fire at Foster Grocery, a convenience store known for its breakfast, lunch, and live & boiled crawfish, caused significant damage to the store. The fire at the store, located at 1526 North Foster Drive, also caused heavy smoke damage to two businesses beside it.
The fire was so intense that it broke through the roof of the building, and firefighters fought to control the spread of the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
