BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – A 35-year-old Baton Rouge man was arrested Thursday after allegedly having sex with a girl under the age of 12.
Louis Williams was arrested by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office after investigators were informed of strange behavior between the minor and Williams. According to arrest documents, text messages between the young girl and Williams confirmed that the two had intercourse.
EBRSO said Williams was taken to the sheriff’s office and admitted to knowingly having sex with a juvenile under the age of 12. Williams was charged with first-degree rape.
