From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., BRCC “will recognize more than 150 employees for their years of service at the college during a drive-thru Employee Service Awards Program.”
Those employees range in service time from one to 20 years.
Faculty and staff will receive these items during the ceremony:
- A Certificate of Service
- A special lapel pin
- A unnamed gift as a token of appreciation for their valued years of service
“We value each employee at Baton Rouge Community College for their contributions to our students, the college, and this wonderful community that we serve,” said BRCC Chancellor Dr. Willie E. Smith. “We know that our growth and success is dependent on having devoted and capable faculty and staff members at BRCC, and I am delighted that we will have an opportunity to honor them for their dedicated service and commitment to this institution.”
