BATON ROUGE, La (BRPROUD)- Two seniors from Baton Rouge Magnet High School has been named the 2021 regional finalists for the Coca Cola Scholars Program.
Jay Iyer and Ju-Woo Nho will be moving to the next round of the selection process to become a Coca Cola scholar and will receive a $20,000 college scholarship.
Jay and Ju-Woo was selected from over 99,000 initial applicants and are now among 250 students moving into the final selection phase.
Collectively, the Coca Cola Scholars Foundation will award $3.1 million in college scholarships.
The regional finalist will be announced in March.
