BRPD investigates deadly shooting on Curtis street

Baton Rouge police are investigating a shooting that has left one man dead on Thursday, August 27, 2015 in the 1800 block of Curtis Street.

Police spokesperson Don Coppola say 21-year old Marlon Williams of Baton Rouge was found lying in the roadway suffering from an apparent gunshot wound around 5:00 am.

Williams was pronounced dead at the scene. There are no known suspects or motives at this time.
