BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Baton Rouge police are investigating the apparent shooting of a vehicle Sunday evening.
Police report the incident happened after 7:30 p.m. along the offramp that connects Interstate 10 to Essen Lane. Authorities arrived to the scene to find a car with apparent bullet holes, a department spokesman said.
Where the shooting took place remains unclear.
East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner Beau Clark has been called to the scene, a BRPD spokesman confirmed.
