LPPS understands that graduation is a special day for students and their families. In preparation for our four upcoming graduations at Southeastern Louisiana University this weekend, and to ensure a safe environment, some changes have been made to the entrance and screening processes. University Police Chief Michael Beckner asks attendees to leave any bags, purses, etc. in your vehicles. The only items to be brought into the University Center should be phones and cameras. Extra security will be provided at each entrance to facilitate the screening process. Please ensure all friends and family who plan to attend are aware of these procedures.

We look forward to celebrating the success of your students and this milestone in their lives! Congratulations to all graduates!
