City Pork previews amazing 4th of July appetizers

Local News

Executive Chef Rey Atlas Bey and Katy Touchstone of City Pork Bar Brasserie and Bar joined Gerron Jordan Thursday morning to preview one of their most popular appetizers for the 4th of July. It’s called the “Pork Debris Spring Rolls”, made with Asian coleslaw, peanut sauce, noodles, and banhmi pork, wrapped in rice paper. We also got the chance to try the “Pork Belly Steam Buns”, made with bourbon-glazed pork belly, pickled onion, alfalfa sprouts, pickled carrots, and peanut sauce. Check out more of what City Pork has to offer at their website, citypork.com.
