BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – Registration is now open for the 2021 Crescent City Classic. This is the 43rd year for the 10K walk or run that’s traditionally held in New Orleans in the spring.

Due to the pandemic, this year will be the second year the race is going virtual, giving runners the freedom and flexibility to participate from wherever they choose.

Organizers have provided recommended courses through several Baton Rouge and New Orleans neighborhoods to provide runners with route options for completing the virtual race.

All maps will be available on ccc10k.com. Runners will also be allowed to complete the 6.2-mile run on a treadmill.

Runners who register for this year’s virtual race will have between Thursday, April 1 and Monday, April 5 to complete their 6.2 mile run.
