BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Investigators with the Baton Rouge Police Department are asking for tips in an investigation into a homicide.
Police said Randall Parker was shot to death on Oct. 29, 2022, by an unknown male after trying to help a woman attacked by the man. Parker was helping someone with their disabled car when he noticed the woman being attacked in the 2500 block of North 31st Street, according to BRPD.
Video obtained by detectives shows two cars fleeing the scene.
