BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – One person was shot at Highland Road and East Harding Street on Monday morning, according to EMS. EMS said the shooting happened around 11 a.m. and one person was taken to a local hospital.
Crime scene tape and members of the Baton Rouge Police Department were observed at the scene. BRPD confirmed that a man was shot in the arm in the 2300 block of Highland Road.
