BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — A Zachary teacher who was arrested on child porn charges in July pleaded not guilty to charges in a Tuesday arraignment.
Peyton Lambertson, 26, was arrested over the summer on 100 counts of child porn and 100 counts of computer-aided solicitation of a minor. The Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, which is prosecuting the case, formally charged Lambertson with four counts of child porn in October.
A judge granted Lambertson permission to get treatment in relation to his charges in Mississippi.
A motion hearing has been scheduled for May 4.
