Debris and garbage pick-ups suspended for the remainder of the week

BATON ROUGE, La (BRPROUD)- Due to the high volumes of garbage and debris related to Hurricane Ida, Republic Services will be suspending pick-ups this week for West Baton Rouge parish.

Recycling is expected to resume next week.

Republic Services reminds all residents to keep their garbage, recycling, and wooded debris separate, mixing will slow down the pick-up process.
