BATON ROUGE, La. (LOCAL 33) (FOX 44) — Two more names now sit on a list of former clergy members accused of sexually abusing children.

The Diocese of Baton Rouge on Sunday announced it added Father Joseph Israel Guidry and Father Robert Limoges to its list. Both priests served in the Baton Rouge area and are tied to abuse claims in Jackson, Miss. and Lafayette, respectively.

Neither Guidry, nor Limoges have abuse allegations stemming from their service in Baton Rouge.

The Diocese urges community members to report suspected child abuse to law enforcement and the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services at 855-452-5437.

Anyone with sexual abuse claims involving church personnel are asked to call the Diocese at 225-242-0250.

The Diocese of Baton Rouge’s updated list of accused clergy members can be found here.
