An Alexandria woman is now behind bars for threatening to kill everyone at a nail salon on Bluebonnet Blvd. due to unsatisfied services Thursday.

According to an affidavit, Baton Rouge police responded to a reported disturbance at Ann’s Nails on 9889 Bluebonnet Blvd. around 11 a.m. on June 29, 2018.

Upon arrival, detectives documented consistent accounts from three victims.

All three victims claim that 23-year-old Jessica Winslow became irate after learning what she owed for her nail services.

We’re told Winslow began screaming and cursing at the male nail technician.

Once prompted to pay up and leave several times, Winslow became even more infuriated and said “B****, I will shoot you in your face!”

Winslow then placed her hand into her purse as if she were reaching for a gun.

At this time, other workers and customers attempted to calm her down, but to no avail.

Instead, Winslow now proclaimed that she was going to her car to get her gun so that she could shoot up the entire nail salon and everyone inside.

Once Winslow went to her car and popped opened her trunk, all of the nail salon customers ran out and the workers locked themselves in a back office and called 911.

After contacting law enforcement, we’re told Winslow fled the scene in a dark colored BMW.

No one ever saw Winslow with an actual gun.

As a result, she has been taken into custody and booked on the following felony charges:

Terrorizing, Simple Assault, and Entry on or remaining in places/land after forbidden.
