ZACHARY, La. (BRPROUD) — An investigation is underway after one person was killed in a Wednesday morning crash.
The Zachary Police Department said the fatal crash happened on Old Scenic Highway near the intersection of Rollins Road around 7 a.m.
A southbound vehicle reportedly crossed the center line and caused a head-on collision. The reason is still being investigated.
Zachary police, fire and EMS and Lousiana State Police responded to the scene.
