BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – In February, ALDI announced they were bringing three new stores to Central, Inniswold and Baton Rouge.
According to Loxley Division Vice President Heather Moore, “Construction is still underway across all three sites, and we are anticipating opening all stores later this year.”
ALDI provided pictures of the ongoing construction at the Central location.

The pictures you see below are from ongoing construction at the other two ALDI locations in East Baton Rouge Parish.

So what will customers be able to purchase when these ALDI locations open in the area?
Moore said, “Each of the new locations in Louisiana will offer fresh, organic produce delivered daily, an unmatched selection of cheese and beer, and food for every taste and lifestyle (gluten-free, plant-based, whatever you need) in addition to convenient access to curbside pickup and grocery delivery options.”
Some of the ALDI-exclusive brands which will be available include Earth Grown, Little Journey, Simply Nature and Specially Selected, according to Moore.

When asked whether ALDI knows the opening date for each store, Moore said grand opening dates will be announced approaching the fall season.
At this time, ALDI is no longer hiring for the Central, Inniswold and Baton Rouge locations. Moore said new employment opportunities for management and store associates will be available closer to the opening dates.
