EBR bars to operate at 50% capacity under Phase 3 guidelines

BATON ROUGE, La (BRPROUD)- The Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control says the East Baton Rouge Parish meets the minimum requirement to increase indoor bar capacity to 50% subject to all other guidelines.

Governor Edwards announced effective Mar. 3, Louisiana will be moving to Phase 3.

In Phase 3, all bars are allowed to reopen for indoor service but occupancy is limited to 25% or less subject to all other guidelines. Parishes with two consecutive weeks of 5% or less positivity rate can increase bar occupancy to 50%.
